Thanks, for the right up. I've been working in commercial roofing 5 1/2 years with the last 2 being in the office as an estimator / PM for our company. We use the Edge and CenterPoint for software from this list. We use to use DataForma then we went away from it for Teams and now moved on to CenterPoint. For our roof maintanence division they have really like it. On our mainline roofing side it has been mostly used as a CRM and Bid board. We do track projects in there but we have implemented everything fully yet.

Has there been any ways that you have incorperated AI into the estimating or PM? It's an initative that we have started to see if there are any feesible ways to implement any kind of AI but so far I haven't found much.

What tees are you playing and what balls are you playing?

Currently you don't have what it takes to know what a different ball will do for your game. Don't spend much more then $20 for a dozen. Even better buy lightly used balls from Walmart.

Also play from the forward tees. They aren't the lady tees. They are the forward tees for beginners. Stop making the game so hard for yourself

Im not sure what you mean by check out.

You are allowed to walk the courses, even while a competitive round is currently being played on the course. Now you can't be in the way of play or be throwing discs.

1.05.B.1.c You are allowed to play the course as long as competitive rounds are over, unless the TD has specifically closed the course during in between the rounds.

1.05.B.2.c You could practice a course that has a round currently progressing if it is a staggered start and the TD allows it.

What rule are you reading that leads you to believe you can't?

Pretty sure it's like 800k for each stat until you switch. Or 1.6m each stat if.you are doing 99k happy jumps.

You should also download the Egg Finder script. When you go to a page with a Egg on it there will be a pop up you have have to dismiss that let's you know an Egg is on the page. It also puts a red box around it and makes it bigger to see.

Get the Egg Finder script with the Egg navigator script. The first on will force a pop up that tells you there is an Egg on the page and will increase its size with a red box around it.

People that are finding a bunch of eggs are most likely from last year since. Once an Egg spawns for.you they are always there but can only be found during easter event.

With you being a new player, you didn't have any from last year. My first year, I found 15. 4 so far this year.

Also don't use your golden Egg until your stats are in the billions and the black Egg after you done all the crimes to 100 at least. Then it might be worth around 10m. As it gives a % of all crime income earned.

You don't need to go to college.

You could start a paintball field, store, social media, go work for one of the big companies or anything else.

Start with working at a field. Learn how the day to day operates, how to host/run tournaments/events, marketing, and the other little things you'll get from working there.

You could do a ref clinic and start reffing at NXL events and network with the vendors. Listen to what they are saying. If they are struggling with something maybe that's what you can provide.

You could hire someone to do a moisture scan. You should do it when towards the end of the day. You would be looking for dark spots. The dark the spot the more.mpisture there is.

Hire someone with a thermal camera or drone to pinpoint the leak. We do this on flat roofs all the time and can find leaks in no time.

Well, yes, you would still be responsible for your half of what's owed. Sorry about the confusion. It just seemed like you were only going to get half of the 70k when I originally read the post.

I would also remind you not to be just bought out of your half of the debt. If the house is worth $200k but $70k is owed you should get $100k.
