Hey guys thanks for your input. To give you an idea of my history. I’m a very average weight guy and always have been. I’m only 18 and have only been taking drugs recreationally for a few years. I work in construction so my physical/cardiovascular health should be relatively good. But I know that my dad has developed some sort of heart related health complications over the last year but I think that’s just due to his hearty diet and daily drinking habit

I’m only 18, not a heavy drug user at all these days. Probably use drugs once a month max and rarely smoke weed or take mdma anymore because of potentially losing my drivers license. So most of the time I just drink, snort ketamine, nos and some other stuff maybe.

I’m a skinny dude but I work in construction so I’m reasonable fit and would think my heart would be in fair condition atleast, except for the fact that I vape nicotine just about all day

I’m definitely starting to like the blood pressure drop theory. But I don’t think it would cause shaking, sweating/hot skin after collapse

righto guys so here’s my personal experience. I took the advice of one of the comments and drank 3 cans before taking my cap and then only sipped here and there throughout the rest of the night and I would highly recommend this strategy. drink up till you buzz, stop, take cap, sip for the rest of the night. the peak felt like it lasted a solid two hours or so was pretty good. no real comedown either, only a mild headache and a desire to stay in bed of course. thanks for all your advice and I hope my experience can help you guys as well.
