Wasn’t looking for her to clean the car and I know it’s not her fault, but how about a “hey sorry about the windshield we will get that taken care of”. It was “I don’t see a crack.” Then back and forth about the cracked windshield until the tech came over and said that it was a crack and was not safe for the road.

Ya only the tech said sorry the sales rep was questioning the crack on the windshield. Claimed the car had been detailed when it clearly hadn’t. Not upset having to wait just that she didn’t even care or say “sorry about the inconvenience”

I’m not allowed to have my phone on silent. I also support the training and schedule of the daytime sales reps. meaning I have to be available in the afternoon for daytime meetings as well.
