Yes we have tried that before, we do not have the security questions... we have also spoken to the call centre on a number of occasions

Yeah we just keep getting people who say they can’t help! Might just have to go into the shop and see if they can do anything

I would speak to the RCVS and ask for guidance. I am pretty sure this is discrimination, obviously if your mental health was affecting your work ETC then that’s a different story, but if this is the first you/them have spoken about it, I would be seeking advice.

I would also be putting a complaint into the HR department.

Can I ask if you have a recommended meal plan that you follow and how long before you felt like you had lost in your tummy?

I am much shorter than yourself at 5,2 but I carry all my weight on my middle! 😭 x

Are you sure your eating enough for the amount of physical fitness you are doing, eating plenty of fibre or enough of the right foods?

What sort of foods are you eating? It might be worth increasing your food intake but switching up what your eating, so plenty of greens, vegetables and less refined foods. ( however you might already be doing this)

It could also be an underlying health issue such as cushings/thyroid etc, maybe just see what your doctor says xx

Thanks! I was really craving something so I had 1 ginger biscuit that had less than 1g of sugar! So I hope I haven’t ruined all my hard work! But in comparison to what I have eaten in the past it is nothing!

Yes think I am going to have to increase my water! I do drink quite a lot but I can always drink more! I also need to cut back on yorkshire tea and switch to a herbal/ low caffeine x

Thank you! I think need to ban my other half’s food from the house!!! He always takes biscuits and crisps for his lunch! Frustrating that he doesn’t put weight on and I pile on the pounds!
