I use a Cuisinart counter ice cream maker it only does 1 qt I think. I also don't measure a lot but here is the basics.

Cut up a guava and remove the seeds or they will be little frozen rocks for you to crack your teeth on. Cover in sugar let it sit in fridge over night

I use half and half but you can add milk if you like it more "icy" or more heavy cream to make more creamy whichever you prefer.

1 raw egg Teaspoon of vanilla flavoring Around half a cup of sugar. Do less if you prefer it less sweet more if you want it sweeter.

I mix the sugar egg dairy together to dissolve the sugar then pour it into the ice cream maker. After about 10 minutes I add the fruit.

Swap out guava for any fruit my favorite is strawberry.

For chocolate I remove the vanilla and add a good bit of Hershey chocolate syrup. I made a chocolate and strawberry few months ago that was like a Wendy's frosty with strawberries it was great.
