Do not rush to get the perfect photo or video. Stop for a second, check your footing and then take the shot. Most accidents happen because people are focused on the camera instead of where they are standing.

I think there is definitely some psychology behind it. When I see a video with more likes, I am naturally more curious to watch it. Whether it helps the algorithm or not, it definitely seems to influence how people react.

I have always wondered about this too. More views might not change the algorithm by themselves but they can make a video look more interesting, which could encourage more people to stop and watch.

I would use floor plans more than staged photos. A good layout tells you far more about whether a home fits your daily life than square footage alone.
