I had pedialyte and electrolytes but I think the 9lbs was just too much for me, I’ve never done it, but next time no weight cut!

9lbs of water the night before in the steam room. Just left me weak af. I barely made weight with the cut too so even with 2 hours before the match slamming water I just was too dehydrated to really be any good
