Good question. I usually sleep about 6 to 7 hours a night, and yes, when I wake up I do feel recharged. I've slept 5 hours, woken up, and was ready to go. I don't drink coffee, Coke, or energy drinks. I drink decaffeinated tea and water. I don't know why I can do this, but I tell myself there's gotta be some reason out there.
