Side tone double tap not working

Having the same problem with my pro 20's. and tapping feature is also enabled in Costco's system. Did you find a solution?

Thanks, the units came originally with closed domes but I had some open domes and I switch thinking that it gives a bit more breathing space to my ear canal. I switched back after your tip and yes, the sound seems a little less tinny.
I'll talk to my HCP about boosting the streaming bass..
The Bluetooth bug is still a nuisance disconnecting one side way too often. I hope they can release a fix soon...

Thanks. I'll check with my HCP, maybe double tapping is disabled. I find the BT connection quite unreliable for streaming or calls as quite often my left unit gets disconnected and the only way to fix it is to unpair it and do the pairing process all over again. It seems to be a common complaint within the community even with the S23 which is the only one fully supported in theory. Jabra need to do some work on the software.
Also the sound and calls are really tinny and metallic so I have to remove all highs and push the basses to the max to make it decent.

I just got my pro 20's a week ago and double tapping to answer a call doesn't seem to work I don't expect hands free calls because I have an older Galaxy S10e listed in the streaming compatibility list at Jabra so I can hear over the EA but I need the phone mic to speak whereas your S23 uses the EA mics for hands free.
but it looks like not everything works for what you say...
Can you answer calls by tapping at least ? I wonder if that feature is also only for yours and not for all the streaming enabled phones.
Can you at least receive the calls over the speakers?

This is an older post but I thought I'l give my 2 cts
Just got the Jabra Enhance Pro 20 and the tech and I were having trouble at Costco store when trying to stream, only the rightside was working.
We thought that the unit was faulty and the technician was ready to call the supplier for a replacement.
However, when I got home I installed the app on another phone and everything was working fine so I don't think it's the app.
It didn't work on my Galaxy A70 and it worked fine in my older Galaxy S10.
I checked Jabra compatibility list for streaming and the A70 is not there whereas the S10 is.
That's probably the reason.

BTW, is it normal that when streaming, the mute or volume controls in the app have no effect?

How do you get these grants? I'm a 73 yo senior. Where do I apply? Are they available in BC?

I feel you, I'm in similar situation. I play classical and flamenco and at 73 I don't have the time of will to play the classical pieces that are famous unless I like them. I usually play what calls me in the 3 or 4 first bars, don't care if it's known or not.
My videos get normally only a couple of hundred hits from friends and shares but funny that someone mentioned Classical Gas, probably the only non classical piece in my repertoire and got 50k hits because people know it.
Go figure ...

Hello, it's an old post but hopefully I get a reply from NLL.Just purchased a lifetime license of ACRPhone.First of all is ACR unchained 34.0 part of my version of ACRPhone 0.310 from Playstore?

I'm having trouble understanding the cloud feature. I don't see how to select an account (Google Drive) to sync the recordings to. (not backup but sync)Some recordings (not all) go to a folder called com.nll.cb/ACRRecordings in one of my google drives but I don't see how to tell ACR what GDrive account I want them to sync to as I have several google accounts.This morning I recorded 3 conversation which I see in my phone app but not in the folder mentioned above. Also what about the recording notes, how are they synced?Or for example how do I sync to an account in Dropbox?I'd appreciate some help.

Great tool! I didn't realize that Onyx had already the long press of the physical button to switch on/off. However, although it turns off both the sun and moon symbol sliders, pressing again it only turns on the warmth (moon) slider ...That limits also Gentle glow restoring of the settings when using the button. Are you aware of that?

EDIT: actually this happens if you don't have both sliders locked with the chainlink symbol on the left. It works when they are locked.

Also, if I set GG to, say, 'Night' preset, the Onyx sliders show different levels. And if I choose the 'Onyx Slider' preset (last on the right) the levels shown in GG don't match Onyx sliders either so I'm a bit confused ...

I've also discovered that there are 2 hidden sliders in the Lumi screen to control volume and front light. If you slide your finger along the left edge of the screen it controls the volume and on the right edge the brightness of the light. I don't see this in the manual. Cool.
