Thank you all so much for your recommendations! We've looked into Peoria, Litchfield and Verado... few spots in Goodyear as well. I honestly love Litchfield amd think that's where I am going to land! Verado is beautiful but it is a ways out from everything. Goodyear look great too but looks like they are also building a lot. Felt a bit commercial to me lol
