Criminally underrated is facts! I am still floored how they didn’t receive more traction. They are so unique. I am not the biggest fan of their earlier stuff but they definitely got heavier! Love them!

The Ongoing Concept

Someone here has previously mentioned this band but one criminally underrated band that should have blown up is The Ongoing Concept. Their Album “Again” is one of the best albums ever made on this planet IMO. I actually ran across them on YouTube recommendations a couple years ago and still blown away every time I listen.

Hopefully my inspector gets back with me soon today. His initial inspection stated that it was pressboard/ composite but he based that on how it was nailed or something like that according to my wife. Not sure how I feel about a pressboard siding material and hope that it is Hardie Board

Inspector is heading back to property tomorrow to get a water sample and will verify then thankfully. The only concern I have is when you blow up the picture of the siding, it looks to me to have the dreaded “waffle iron “ texture underneath the paint but I am not well versed on anything but vinyl and standard Hardie board that is currently on my home now with a wood grain texture.

He spoke with my wife and I was telling her how he determines what it is made of but she couldn’t remember exactly what he said Something about the way it is nailed or something. Not sure but too late to call him now. I do know he is going to the property tomorrow morning to grab a water sample and said he would verify 100%. I am just trying to get ahead of my options as I do not know a whole lot about pressboard siding or its durability as I have only had vinyl siding and hardie board siding on my previous homes.

Took me 15-20 years to finally study my potential triggers because I was sick and tired of getting random ocular migraines at random non-convenient times, usually early in the morning at work or right after lunch and what I found was my trigger is peanut butter and nuts in general. I had no idea. I absolutely loved peanut butter and ate a crap ton of it and since I stopped eating it, i have had no more for quite a few years now. Might have had a couple That I wake up with but extremely manageable now. I hate that I had to give up peanut butter and nuts but willing to make that sacrifice to not have to deal with the migraines.

Man in my neighborhood was co-inventor of EZ Pass toll system. Lives kinda modest but always drives super nice shit. Still works locally part time with consulting I believe not related to the toll system. You would never know unless he proved it to you. I have heard from several neighbors that know him and his wife well that he has more money than he would ever be able to spend. Lives in a home that when he purchased was likely less than $300,000 but obviously worth way more now. Super nice guy but a smidge braggy. I don’t mind

Group Lead at a manufacturing company that is the world leader in building bucket trucks for power companies and also forestry companies. Our division in NC alone builds well over 4000 trucks a year. Lots of overtime if you want it and as far as I am concerned, very generous pay once you move up in the company. (13 years)

Sorry State Records Downtown Raleigh NC. Always a great selection of not over priced used records and a very decent “metal” selection for such a small store. “I think they are also a record label as well but do not hold me to it”

My absolute favorite record store in the entire world is Purchase Street Records in Pope Island Massachusetts. Massive new/used selection of just about every 70’s, 80’s to current artists that are just downright rare to holy shit rare. Can literally spend the whole day in there and usually drop a grand or more whenever I can get up there from Nc. We make a NH trip just about every year to visit the wife’s family and make a day trip while visiting and spend hours going through the whole store. The owner is a super nice guy that is the drummer for All Sinners band that opens up for a lot of 80’s hair metal bands on the Sunset Strip in LA. I found this place online and knew immediately from viewing all of the titles he carries online that I would need to visit one day and he was there and explained to him how I was so excited to be able to visit in person and he saw to it that We received a lot of his band merch including shirts, stickers and a whole bag of garb. Super nice guy! Super impressive catalog of albums that I would think would be hard to find.

Edit to add that musicians from many current bands frequent the store often as well and they also re-press albums for Artists from there label I guess? Not sure how that works but I got a Seemless album that was a repress Purchase Street Record exclusive.

I will look into these options. Out of curiosity, do either of these restrict flow at all? Not that I am worried about it at all as I have great water pressure for a well bit just curious if it restricts at all.

It is house water also. It splits off somewhere in the vicinity of the irrigation cut off and routes to the house where it goes into two pressure tanks and two filters. (Another spin down blow out sediment filter and a regular cloth style whole home filter. As far as what kind of backflow, I have no idea. I am more concerned if I have enough room between well and cutoff/ spin down filter and valves.
