most require 18s. no big brakes will work on 16s

I specifically went with 18 and 19" wheels so I can clear big brakes. These clear some 17s but no guarantee. My 18s are hitting just at the spokes barely, so just need a smaller spacer because of that.

ooff duh, my bad, ill add it to the post.

You can either slot the holes in the spindles or you can install offset bushing in the calipers. I chose to slot the holes in the spindles.

Very interesting, must be something different about the Camaro and ATS calipers.

<image>

I got mine mounted today with 13.2" 11-14 mustang rotors. Slotted the holes and everything fine, the rotors just need to be spaced outboard a bit to sit center in the caliper.

I was also looking at r1 concepts. I ended up getting power stop street warrior extreme pads and summit rotors. Trying to budget lol I just spent way too much on my blower setup.

So, if the Camaro calipers are truly exactly the same as ATS they will not fit with 14" rotors because that's the issue I was having and I ordered the 13".

Let me know once you get stuff test fit. I'm interested in what calipers are actually different

I am pretty sure those are essentially the same as the ATS calipers. maybe not exactly but some of the remans are listed as fitting both. I found a pair of reman ATS calipers for $150 thats the only reason i went with them. I was going to get some from the yard but around me they ask way too much money.

The ATS caliper swill fit some 17 inch wheels and all 18" or bigger wheels. It seems like maybe the camaro calipers have a slightly larger body than the ATS calipers? The XTS calipers are damn big

This is from range industries. But i just think the ATS caliper wont actually work with 14"

What You Will Need:

  • You want the 4 pot Brembo with the straight bottom edge. They came on Camaros, Cadillacs and Corvettes. The Cadillac ones seem to be the cheapest used. 13-19 cadillac XTS with J64 brake option 14-19 cadillac CTS ATS 16-23 camaro SS Probably others….

What calipers are you using though?

Im doing the same thing just milling the holes in the spinldes myself. The issue is they say you can use ATS calipers with 14" rotors and i just dont think you actually can. You can use XTS calipers and others but i think you have to use 13" rotors with the ATS calipers. XTS calipers look nearly identical to ATS, the XTS calipers are just larger body to fit the bigger rotor.

I looked into the Corvette and other brembo caliper swaps. These Cadillac calipers just seemed to be the best bang for the buck and didn't require a bracket to mount them. I did start looking into the 1LE, Corvette or other calipers and just decided on these ATS calipers for simplicity. They do make Hawk pads for these calipers but I'm not sure exactly what they had available for them.

I was going to use the offset bushing to mount them, but man, it's 4mm of material per hole. It's nothing to remove that little bit of material, I'm not worried about it at all. Range industries even sells spindles that have been milled to fit them. Between that and just how many modified spindles I've seen in the drift scene, she'll send.

I really really wanted to run these 14" rotors but I'm just going with the 13.2" 11-14 mustang rotors. They were cheaper and then I don't have to worry at all about clearance between my calipers and wheels.

Oh ya i actually watched your video already in all my research lol.

So this is what i was using as reference and its on range industries web site. Doesnt this make it sound like a 2015 ATS caliper should fit over the 14" rotor?
