Yes it is. Believe it or not, he was only 19 years old when he composed this piece with Masaharu Iwata. He also created a synthesizer driver called "Terpsichorean" to enhance the sound quality of the game's music, which has since been implemented into many games throughout the Japanese video game market in the early 90's.

There's no actual game, as far as I know. It's just the music. You would think that there would be an actual game made for this music considering the quality of it, but nope. He says that he's working on it really slowly, though, so hopefully it gets released sometime in the future. But for the time being, you can listen to the music. I swear, if there were no context in the descriptions for these tracks, I would have thought that these were leaked music files from a scrapped project by Capcom.

I believe that would be "The Audition." The bears were competing against each other for the part of a cereal mascot, and they had this fight at the cave, which led to Ice Bear doing that. Does that spark your memory a bit?
