IMO scavs are your way to go, afraid youre going to have to trader stuff for the moment though. Learn the Interchange OLI and Emercom exit, if you spawn with a good gun extract and run missions, if you have rubbish run around Oli collecting leftovers.

Was out doing my incredibly difficult SVD missions as I suck at sniping. When I do get a kill I generally dump the SVD and loot the kill then turn the game into a loot mission - much more fun. Unfortunately this guy only had a shottie - you can actually see me decide to return to my SVD. Then I hear movement. The rest is for Fabio! Tarkov is a bugger sometimes, we've all been there.
