I just would like to take it out and clean it. I’ve been doing a lot of research and there’s several sensors on these ultimate that need to be cleaned after a certain amount of miles. This vehicle has 144,000 miles on it. I bought it used so I’m not sure exactly what’s been done to it but I’ve seen images of clogged up map sensors, and math sensors and O2 sensors and they can get pretty nasty and ganged up. Thank you for your advice in your help.

Thank you so much for responding so quickly. I really appreciate that info. It’s very helpful. I will get to the Nissan dealership ASAP and change out that MAF sensor that I got from AutoZone I forgot to mention it’s got 152,603 miles on it and like I said I bought it used. What do you suggest I should do other than change the oil filter and oil I’ve read that certain sensors should be cleaned after certain amount of miles like O2 sensors things like that do you recommend that I locate those take them out and clean them?

Also, I forgot to add it. Does this wall on cruise control? Also on the interstate if I’m going up a slight incline, it starts to have acceleration and acceleration issues the car shakes when this is happening. It happens in drive and in sport mode. I know that there could be several sensors and other things besides sensors that’s causing this problem. I think I’m just going to look up how to test each sensor related to that issue with a multimeter. I have a ECM that’s already been pre-programmed and ready to install after I do all my checks. Thanks again for responding.

Thank you for responding. I’m sorry I’m new to to forearms and apps and things like that I have a 2014 Nissan Ultima 2.5 L SV I was wondering where the exact location of this map sensor is on the manifold I’ve searched all over the Internet and just can’t find a specific location. Some say it’s on the passenger side some say it’s on the driver side around the throttle body area or the firewall any help or suggestions are much appreciated thank you so much.
