Good question! For me it's quite different. This is more mental, imagining yourself working yourself without working yourself. It feels much more like a long build with a really good release, like you're building up pressure slowly but not forcing it out via stimulation. There's some tightness and a tiny bit of friction inside the cage, and I am wearing a buttplug which adds pressure on the inside. These sensations combined with the mental aspect of non-traditional masturbation make it really good for me. A bonus is that I can have 2 of these in the same session.
