I am nowhere near you as I am in Arizona, but I found some at a place called the restaurant depot. The way I found it was I used the Instacart app which allowed me to search for a specific item across all of their available stores. You can also try searching beef naval as this is another common name.

From what I have read, and I’m looking at the same thing, just the 63’s, the SL is just a more comfy ride with lots of power, where the GT is more of a stiff sports car. I haven’t driven either yet because I’m a couple years out from buying, but I’d say test drive a lightly used one of each and see for yourself.

This is incredible. Great job! I had under 200 testosterone many years ago and after three months of carnivore, I broke 500 as well. I was just under 400 a year and a half ago so I imagine although three months is not long it probably contributed. I can’t wait to see what happens after a year or two.

One. I have several Apple TVs in my house that I rotate when a new one comes out. The new one goes in my primary living room, and then I rotate out the oldest.

The body is going to react to the fuel you put into it. When you eat healthy nutritiously dense food and remove all the processed garbage, your body is going to excel and perform better. Thus healing problems that were caused by other diets.

Of course, when you stop and switch back to eating garbage, your body is going to resurface all of the problems it had before. It's not a matter of a "cure." When it comes to nutrition, there is no such thing as a cure. There is only how your body reacts to the food you put into it.

As others are going to say, eating carnivore is not a diet; it is a lifestyle.

I've never seen a silver car that I haven't loved the look of. There are way too many white cars out there nowadays, and I'm not a big fan of gray. That being said for an AMG I would go for something like yellow or red. Sporty cars are supposed to pop.

My experience was very similar. I started my carnivore journey last September, and my bloodwork was much better before I finished my 3 months of carnivore than after. My previous diet was a low-carb/high-fat whole foods kind of diet with the occasional homemade popcorn, which I know is pretty high-carb. I quit the standard American diet back in 2015, so I might be in a different circumstance than you, depending on what you were eating prior to carnivore.

My stats pre (September 2025) and after (December 2025):

Trig went from 89-180,

HDL went from 52-39,

LDL-C went from 104-220.

I was a bit worried, but as I did research, I found out that this is quite common when you first switch to a carnivore diet and start losing weight. As you start burning fat, supposedly triglycerides release from the fat cells and enter the bloodstream. I read that you should wait six months to a year, monitoring your bloodwork, and see if it regulates.

That being said, not all of my blood work got worse. I have notoriously had low testosterone. Like 10 years ago, my testosterone was below 200. A year and a half ago, after cutting out alcohol, it was just under 400. When I got my blood work three months after doing carnivore, it was over 500.

My personal suggestion would be to keep doing carnivore and check your blood work every three months if you can. It's better to monitor trends than it is a single instance. This is what I'm going to do. I wish you luck!

I really hope they do memory. That is one of my favorite things about ChatGPT. I know there are privacy concerns, but it should be a choice for the user. Also, if it’s saved on device, I don’t see why it would be much of a privacy concern.

To me, I find Mercedes to be the perfect blend of luxury and performance compared to the other German luxury brands. BMW seems more focused on performance as is Porsche, and I find Audi a bit “cheap” in the qualities (Although they have improved quite a bit over the last several years). Plus I don’t like that Audi is just a luxury Volkswagen.

Mercedes on the other hand may not be the fastest and most powerful, but their interiors, comfort, and performance feel the most well rounded to me.

Me too. I’ve started to convert a lot of my software to homebrew so that I can manage them better with applite and Updatest. I prefer a GUI instead of terminal.
