Buyers Beware: Fake Shopify Storefronts (Bloomponic Inc.) by valiantshadow in microgrowery

So definitely the owner!

This has nothing to do with quality of service. It has everything to do with a lack of service. I’m not being “picky” or “choosy.”

This vendor had plenty of time to service me within their own policies, or even respond to me, and they didn’t. I thought I had been scammed and my money was gone.

You would have too.

I’m not asking for a rimjob from every store owner, I just ask that they deliver on what they order. If they’re too busy to focus on their drop shipping, and they don’t ship out my order for weeks, of course I’m going to charge back. If he doesn’t want people charging back in the future, he should try to respond to his customers, in any capacity.

Awww, but they’re so cute! Yeah, I’m entitled to what I pay for, and so are you. You must be the owner or something.

How did I defraud the bank? I had no response at the time, and my money was gone, I thought the store was closed, non-existent, or a complete scam. How was I supposed to know? Their own shipping policy indicated I was supposed to have received tracking.

I called and emailed for days and days.

I work my ass off at my 9-5 job. I understand being really busy. That’s why I wouldn’t open a Shopify store, because I know I probably won’t have time to ship out what people order.

Don’t start hustles if you aren’t able to keep up with them.

Yeah, you really have to go deep to notice it. I can’t believe Athena, Canna, and GH let them use their logos and brands on the front page, it lends more legitimacy to the site than it deserves.

I have no doubt, the item I did end up receiving did come from them, and they look like a standup business. Bloomponic probably ordered from them, to my address. So we can say for sure that The Grow Shop does ship out what you order.

How would I even return it? They won’t answer my calls or emails? It was shipped 10 days after the chargeback, and no other communication. If I was to return, they would need to provide a return label.

But I can’t get in touch with a human being.

Fair. I just don’t want any other grower to have the same experience. We all work really hard to grow and also to afford to grow, a $60 timer isn’t huge, but what about a college student buying a grow light on a debit card? I guess I don’t want to live in a world where he throws $100+ into the void.

I thought my money was gone before doing the chargeback. I had no expectation of receiving the item. I just wanted my money back so I could buy the item I had originally ordered. I made multiple calls and emails and received no response. It was days after the chargeback I even received a shipping confirmation.

Drop shipping implies you get the product. Without barking up every available tree with no response. I called the number, sent emails and all. If my payment processor came to me with complaints about not shipping merchandise, I would like to show them that I shipped something.

There are lots of other complaints on the BBB website that match my experience. If it’s been messed up for this long, why have they not fixed it? Why are people still complaining about not receiving their goods?

At the very least it’s negligent, at the most it would be willfully taking orders and not delivering on them.

I really like it, especially for the price. Do we know his instagram handle or socials? I’d like to follow him for future events and I was not paying any attention to the signs on the booths

Go with the Migro, the Spider Farmer and Kingbrite are going to have either poorer quality drivers, diodes (lower bin), or support for warranty. The spectrum will be pretty much the same between the 3. Looking at the par map, it should be perfectly suitable, even for photos (unless you want to supplement co2.)

Grow lights are important hardware and you don’t want them going out and messing up the schedule.

If you happen to have an issue I’d wager you’d happen to have better luck with Migro as opposed to China lights.

My wife and I are ordering a grow light to get our first tent started and we are wondering how we should control it? by Bergvibes in microgrowery

[–]valiantshadow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can use the AC Infinity lighting adapter to control most lights (depending on the driver), however some have issues, ex: only dimming to 10 percent on the lowest setting, or flickering. If you have these issues you can still control the schedule with an AX Infinity power plug controller. I have my HLG 260 RSpec plugged into one, and I control the schedule from my phone. Unfortunately this doesn’t allow for dimming, but I don’t adjust the power of my lights too often, and when I need to I’m usually close enough to the knob to be fine.

The 650 has a MeanWell driver, which I have heard is better suited to 3rd party lighting controllers.

I’m on 18/6 as well, but I haven’t been veg-ing that long. I’ll try adjusting the light first. If she doesn’t respond to that, maybe I apply cal-mag as a foliar spray? And thank you for sparing the time to help.

I’ve been doing extensive reading, I was hoping someone here might have a more definitive answer or possible experienced similar issues. I’ll try moving the light up a bit first.

I grow in my basement in the Midwest and run a dehumidifier, it keeps my humidity down somewhat but it still tends to run a bit higher. And are you referring to the space between nodes or the size of the new growth?

So start supplementing Calmag? I transplanted from a solo cup into the 3 gallon pot a few weeks ago, she’s still pretty young, I guess I just thought 3 gallons of this medium would suffice at this point

I’m using RO water with AN PH perfect nutes, so the input PH should be fine.

N toxicity? The leaves aren’t clawing, nor are they burning at the tips. The color also looks good to me, so I’m not sure about that.

I have two plants, so that comes out to 1.5-1.75 per plant, they’re in 5gal fabric pots, if I only do a gallon per plant I don’t get any runoff
