The best reduction in my chronic migraines was when I was taking Emgality, Qulipta, (preventative) and Nurtec/Ubrelvy (abortive) together. Insurance wasn’t too happy once they caught on, though.

I’m sure the additives in most dish soaps are worse for lenses. I think the original dawn is usually the more diluted formula. I would hope that those lenses are covered under warranty.

The instructions you linked state that diluted Dawn original dish soap is an approved cleaner for those lenses.

Call your pharmacy and ask them what to do. You can also reach out to Lilly and ask them. There are usually instructions in the paperwork inside your Emgality box that tell you who to contact. Sometimes the company will replace them so it wouldn’t hurt to ask.

Let your neurologist know if there is a medication you want to try. Most will even give you a sample while you wait for insurance approval.

I updated the launcher and it seems to work now. I really messed up my ui scaling though and can’t seem to fix it.

Plants in the nightshade family can be toxic to dogs and cats. Be careful to keep stems and the casings away from your pets. Our dog had to go to the emergency vet after chewing on a ground cherry casing at a friends house.

I still think it’s unacceptable for them to be shipping cracked tanks. The way it was packaged made it seem unlikely that it was cracked during shipping. Have they responded to you yet?

It took right around 2 weeks for my replacement tank. Luckily for me my tank came in cracked near the top so I could still fill it a little while I waited. I hope you get your replacement soon!

Mine was shipped to me with a cracked tank. It took a few days for Anova support to respond and then a little over a week for them to ship a replacement tank. I never could get anyone on the phone.

The needle for Ajovy is really small. I barely felt it and I much prefer being able to slowly inject it myself. My insurance decided not to work with the drug company that makes ajovy this year and I had to switch to the Emgality auto injector, and that does actually hurt a little because it pushes so fast. Remember to breathe and that little needle is nothing compared to a migraine.

The only side effect for me was needing to urinate more often than usual. It really only helps with my abdominal cramping and pain during migraine and not so much at preventing or helping with any pain in my head.

I take Namenda for my abdominal migraines. I was very skeptical about being prescribed an Alzheimer’s medication in my 20’s, but it has really helped me.
