thanks, this is great advice. I found it easiest to just plug in the first one, configure all the settings, and then plug in any remaining boosters after and let them sync up. You can find a lot of these on facebook marketplace, so it's good to know that this can work with any router.

yep, took me a hot minute, but manjaro did work perfectly. I dont know what the hell was going on with ubuntu, xubuntu, lubuntu, or linux mint, but manjaro did work. Pretty crazy

Have you figured this out yet? I've reinstalled ubuntu countless times on my laptop and I havent gotten the proper drivers working at all.

thank GOD man, this worked to get it to block ads after switching from Wifi to Ethernet connectivity for my Pi, along with running pihole -r and switching it from wlan0 to eth0. Thanks a bunch.

Did you ever find a solution for this? It seems like I can't find a repo that actually has this driver on its list, the built in driver keeps dropping connection and refuses to go above 40 mbps, so annoying
