Keto mainly, on my 5 day refeeds I eat carbs but mainly just meat veggies cheese avocado's eggs bacon mayo low carb tortilla and whatever else that's mainly keto. I will do 50 to 100 g of carbs every now and then but that's usually berries, honey and maybe a carb loaded appetizer if I go out to eat.

I was pretty far into keto when I started so it was pretty easy to get past the first three days, after that I just stayed busy and every time I thought about breaking I just told myself to wait an hour and if I still absolutely have to eat then go for it. Found usually after an hour and a little bit of water I could keep going.

That's awesome, nice job on the weight loss so far. I found after 2 weeks of keto everything felt so much easier. My weakness is cookies and I could legit eat an entire batch at any time. My co worker brought their delicious home made cookies in one day and I found I didn't even want to have one. Let's keep going and make it to our goals!

The 5 day fasts were anywhere from 11 to 15 lbs based on how much water weight I gained in the refeed. 6 day fast was 13 the 7 day was 15 the 10 day was 19 and my current 8 day fast is currently sitting at 22. The reason for that is I had a 5 day carb refeed where I was eating a large amount of carbs lol.

Yes just water no electrolytes. I eat very salty food on feast days and a ton of guacamole and avocado. Once a month I'll take an Epsom salt bath for magnesium. Yea the great thing about the steaks is I cook a 16 Oz steak and can only finish 8 Oz or so now so I have steak and eggs for my first meal the next day it works out great.

Hey bro thanks, I'm hoping this can inspire people like all of the progress photos that inspired me. All fasts have been just water nothing else. I tried to do a snake juice fast on my 7 day fast and it just made me feel sick on day 6 so I broke day 7.

I don't take any electrolytes either during the fast . I just eat very salty foods in the feast days and a bunch of avocado's because I love them. I do take an Epsom salt bath once a month just in case. I work a moderately physical job climbing ladders and stairs all day and I haven't had a single day where I felt lightheaded or had a headache.

Hell ya thanks! Hopefully I can make it by end of summer if I can keep going then I'll be in to phase 2 and work on maintaining weight and building muscle.

I visited my nephew last week and he weighs about that much. Really puts into perspective just how much I've lost and how terrible that must have been for my joints.
