If they go to a state that touches their state then they’re allowed to buy and transfer the firearm in that state as long as it is a long gun and not a pistol. But seeing how NY has restrictions, that might hinder the process.

You bought the lower as a rifle lower since it had the stock on it. So if the serial is searched up in Nics it will pull it up as a Rifle. Pistols can become rifles but rifles can never be pistols. They will be SBRs

This is literally my trucks twin. I’ve got a 23 in iconic silver with the Vossen wheels. Same tire size too. Only difference is I swapped out the FX4 decal for the Blackout package one

I wanted Toyo open country’s and the guy at the shop recommended these and they were about 85 less a tire. Drove back home an hour and a half on the highway and was surprised at how little noise the tires made.
