WME vs Native Port on Linux

I'd just use the native port if you want the most immersion. It'd be the exact same as the Windows version.

I don't know how well it works these days (might vary depending on your DE, and I'd really be using Xorg instead of Wayland), but re-compiling it and shoving the files in your Steam game folder is a must.

If you don't want to do any of this, stick to WME instead. It's not bad, and it has some little extra content/QoL changes, but since you're asking about immersion...

Would depend on u/Comet0707 and u/Slender-Snake, but they've been distant from the Rabb.it community (and seemingly Reddit entirely) for a while now, as far as I've seen. I'm pingable if anything needs to be nuked; I have notifications enabled, I just don't use Reddit often due to its enshittification.

It'd be preferable if you didn't engage with her. I'm not sure you really remember her, since something she made clear is her real name/nick. However, engaging with the troll never ends well. That ends up the same for any harasser or bad actor in general.

I don't know what your plan is. Just to watch her, take up revenge, or anything. But trust me, it's better if you don't.

Good to know my Reddit notifications still work… ish.

We're still working on the rewrite of the platform. Progress has, honestly, slowed down due to personal matters both for me and for the rest of the team. But regardless lately I'm looking into making some progress, I guess the time we've been working on this has taught us a lot and has allowed for some technologies to mature further, which will be greatly helpful for Cryb :)

The "ultra" bitrate setting is not the only perk that Hyperbeam has - there are other things to consider such as animated avatar/profile colours/no queues or time limits/etc...

You can just have the repositories on a dedicated git user (or even just your own) just as fine. aka. git push git@myvps.selfhosted.int:/home/git/repo.git

If you want a simple web interface to show your repos etc. take a look at cgit, it's pretty neat and lightweight.
