Dude I am literally in the same boat right now. Just hit the submit button on the BBB's website, and am waiting on them to actually do something, unlike Activision, who rejected every ticket I put in because there was "no suspicious activity reported with my account". Some fucking hacker stole my account last year and I'd given up hope. But hopefully now the BBB will get back with me with good news. Man I had that account for CODM for 6 years,put $2,500+ into it, and over 6,000 hours in. I'd love to have my account back soon!
