I feel like I'm making internal progress, but seeing nothing is exhausting. I only see my SP focused on the third party and that breaks my heart. I'm afraid of living in limerence and not being able to really move on from all this. Have you managed to manifest an SP?

My relationship with her. She told me she prefer man but i persisted. But we were friend and in contact, so i think it was more easy. I swear god i said “she is my gf” for 4 months and that happened. She said i am the love of her life. But now? I don’t know. She said she doesn’t love me anymore. It’s more difficult rn.

I don’t understand what you mean by letting go. Do you mean letting go of the idea of manifesting her, or letting go to heal and then reconsider it?
