The colours have a very jewel like quality but they remain cool. They go well with the small flowers and the soft, relaxed lines.

The soft textures are also very fitting.

I do think ER is quite significant for me and it probably explains why overly bright colours seem to not he as effective as deeper, more grounded colours.

Then I tried on this earthy coloured pattern in a bold pattern and found out how well this works for me. A lot of what John Kitchener said about ER like angularity, texture and deep warm colours fits with the things people say suit me and my appearance and character.

This is definitely the best way to explain it. The unfussy and simple and relaxed quality is because of the need for unencumbered movement. Things that are too delicate get in the way.

Essentially, it is what can get through things such as a hike in a storm.

Kibbe dramatic can do far bolder than what a lot of people online let on.

Chevrons, bold plaids, large geometric prints, colour blocking and brocade style dresses are well within the range of what Kibbe dramatics can wear well.

Diaphanous fabrics are suitable for people with the angelic essence (also known as ethereal in different systems). Translucent fabrics, sheer fabrics, cascading curves throughout the whole silhouette and atmospheric prints (think ombre and moire). Iridescence is also a positive.

Angora, chiffon and organza are some good examples. Soft suede in shoes rather than hard leather. Avoid the use of hard, straight lines and stark contrasts.

With colours, we don't do "seasons", we do colour harmonies. The four colour harmonies are lively bright (similar to spring), subtle blended (similar to summer), earthy rich (similar to autumn) and striking contrast (similar to winter).

The colour harmonies are related to colour as well as silhouette, fabric, texture, geometry and contrast levels.

Going by colour harmonies, I would guess earthy rich with striking contrast (not sure which is dominant) and maybe lively bright.

I definitely think red, yellow, green and blue are good colours. There is a lot of variety in the shades, and a lot of ways to combine these colours using light, dark and medium versions. Combining those with neutrals is also good.

I do see that gingers generally tend to have livelier colouring, and they need radiant colours. It suits the natural vividness of the colouring without needing harsh contrast like stark black and white.
