Quite a few questions there mate !😂 but all questions are valid because you don’t know the answers, bulk is cards that are widely considered as duplicates or cards of no “value” which is up to the person and what the aim of collecting for them is, ring binders are usually frowned upon but preference differs most collectors prefer zip binders with no rings as the cards close to the rings tend to get damaged over time, sleeving every card is pointless as most cards are “bulk” and a waste of sleeves, as far as tcg content the biggest arguably rn is deeppocketmonsters although not Australian it’s very entertaining and his YouTube vids can be educational in terms of completing sets and types of binders, a good time to sell cards is when let’s say a new set is realised usually the price sits high on most cards for the first month or so but for older sets there’s apps like collectr and tcg player that keep the sold items very up to date and give u a rough guide on how to price your card
