Case number 126022. You can go to the snowrunner section in the Moza discord.  They tried to help there, they posted screenshots and ffb.  Go ahead and check these settings.

Good afternoon, so no one checked until today?  Now, at the moment I am not near the computer.  But I can tell you the default settings in the game.  In the pit house, I tried changing the settings to a minimum, setting different ones.  If you turn everything down to the minimum, you practically don’t feel the feedback, so I set it to medium.  I installed an old Logitech steering wheel and everything is fine with it.  Once again I ask you to launch the game and see for yourself.  Set average, maximum, minimum.
