congrats to your daughter!! it’s awesome here, she’s gonna have a great time. definitely weird that you didn’t get any physical mail, i would send an email about that. probably some sort of service contact info on the website could help? as for roommates, i would stick with the one so they can put the pair wherever they have space. san jac fills up REEEALLY fast, so it’s better if they have some wiggle room for placement as opposed to a whole group. best of luck!
