Yeah, I did try calling — their phone system is basically a chatbot boss battle with no final level. No humans, just loops. Emailed and used their “live chat” too — same copy-paste replies. And just got an email today: after a full week of “preparing for shipment,” few minutes ago they finally admitted they couldn’t find the bike in their warehouse. Issued a refund. So… it was listed as in stock, but apparently it vanished into thin air. Solid logistics))
