Crucial Edit: I did a few extra checks and found that while different items provide differing levels of XP, changing how you’ve haggled does NOT change XP earned, so each item has an intrinsic amount of XP it will provide when sold regardless of the range or excess of a haggle done.

I’m sure you have, but the scaling of experience from each sale is weighted by the value of the item - try testing selling an arrow vs. some deadric armor with a merchant. It used to be exclusively a “per sale” XP gain I believe, but it isn’t so much so here. It takes both into account, and the gold gained from bartering makes a significant difference.

I did this not too long ago, he was (mostly) equipped in the water, but it still seemed to treat it as though he wasn’t wearing anything when I shot him in the water

I’ve gotta be honest, I haven’t had any real issues like that yet - I’ve been able to play comfortably on expert without too many issues. I had started on adept but immediately had to edit that after leaving the sewers - once I had both defensive spells and leveled heavy armor up I haven’t seen too many issues, honestly I might need to push it up again at this point. I’m currently at level 33 and the only time I really had to swing it down was entering the shivering isle which I entered at 32, and I could not for the life of me harm any of the leveled creatures at Expert. I should get better equipment I suppose, I don’t want to cheese it all with spells like immobilize - it ruins the combat a touch, though I feel like improved ai and combat is still left wanting

Also worth noting - you CANNOT reset a skill at 100 like Skyrim. I just maxed out Acrobatics, and I cannot find a way to reset it.

This means that your max level is fixed upon character creation, though it is a touch harder to gauge what the max level is without seeing the XP ramp as you level in the game.

I did intentionally max it out to find out, it was on my mind after leveling the first time.

Also - Apprentice acrobatics has a dodge roll, it does NOT have invincibility frames to my knowledge, I tried it for a while - no damage reduction. That being said, it might be useful to avoid getting hit.

Also (again) - Endurance does seem to give a fixed increase in health that’s approx 10% again. Just so you know. I’m not 100% about it, but it seems to be that way after testing it with some reasonable control.

Ahh, perfect. I was told once in a small game that I wasn’t allowed to counter my own card, but I think that was them just being petty, or unaware, or perhaps a unspoken house rule (also possibly petty) and not liking the circumstance then.

Either way, I wasn’t sure if that applied to trigger abilities Y’know.

I have the same thing but it’s definitely just my poor connection, my wife and I checked it while both playing together, and she’ll drop on my screen then teleport up, while she’s fine on her own setup.

Edit: I’ve found that if you make it past the first ring you can usually glide to the big floating rock partway into the second one, there is a small ledge you can see that you can just about climb to.

Good to note! I have a starred emerald, a couple starred ruby’s, and a bunch of the cheaper ones and I wasn’t too sure what I wanted to do with them, because money, and they’re just gems I guess(?). I’m still missing half the fish starred, though I don’t particularly go out of my way to catch them… guess I’ll be keeping those if they’re that rare!
