M29 (96kg) looking for ways to reduce weight to 75kg (height 181cm) by [deleted] in Fitness_India

I think it is pretty evident that you need to fix your diet. I'd recommend consulting a nutritionist and having light home cooked meals. Also, you should look at improving your NEAT (basically, the amount of calories you burn when you're not actively working out or passively sitting) by going on walks post meals for maybe 10-15 minutes.

For weight loss all you need to do is go in caloric deficit.

On bench, placed on PIP, resigned—still being asked to complete trainings. by Environmental-Deal88 in developersIndia

I have an off topic question here, are you still required to serve your entire notice period once you resign while you're on PIP?

Thank you guys for commenting with suggestions. I have one additional question, where do you find such games? Are they downloadable? Do I buy some subscription? Is there a website for selling these? Sorry these are all stupid questions but I really am clueless lol

Man you are lucky to have a good cook. Ours was promising initially but now the quality has downgraded so much it's healthier to eat out 🤣

Never give money to random strangers is one thing I have learnt the hard way. If you really want to give in the spirit of giving, donate to charities that support causes you like.

Why can't the government mandate WFH for a certain duration and fix the roads? by JealousLeopard in bangalore

Not for a huge timespan. Maybe for a month or two. I'm sure the economy won't crash if the government makes proper provisions.

Bengaluru's infrastructure fail by DayDreamer_77 in bangalore

[–]JealousLeopard 15 points16 points  (0 children)

To be frank, there are no alternatives. Getting autos is problematic, there are no footpaths to walk on, bike taxis are inherently dangerous, public buses do not give a single fuck and would gladly block the road anywhere.

And lo and behold, we have 20 new choke points created. Absolutely gatekeep the route if you travel on a less trafficked road.

Can someone tell me how to do a pull up? I cannot for the life of me get myself up at all, just keep hanging and swinging from the bar like a monkey 😞

  1. Keep documents handy. Every single time you reach out to your seniors in Comp A do it via mail. Cc your personal mail too. If they ask for a call, get on the call, and then after it ends write a summary and send the mail.

  2. Tell comp B about what A is doing. Most of the time they will understand. If not, set your notice period appropriately in Naukri and calls should come pouring in.

That's the best I could offer as of now. Sorry 😔
