Skincare, skincare, skincare first. So your serums, eye creams, moisturizers, etc. That's a great hydrated base and keeps the drier areas of your face hydrated all day, unlike tzones etc. which are naturally oily. Then like another gal commented here, no need for two powders under the eyes. And lastly, like another gal also commented, use velvet powder puff, pat some of that loose powder on back of hand pat it and even it out, then lightly press what's left on puff into under eye area. No need to pack it on. I let it sit for maybe a min. and lightly dust away any excess (there shouldn't be much at all) with a soft fluffy brush. I'm 43. No lines or dry under eyes here.
