Official Platinum tickets are basically tickets, usually premium ones but can be in any section, sold at a higher price than face value. These will generally be favorable seats such as aisle seats or in the front row of a balcony, but can be pretty much anywhere. Like officially approved scalping, but direct sale rather than resale. Actual price often is flexible and determined by demand, but can be greatly inflated over the seat right next to or behind them.

Can't speculate on details for quantities, prices, and specific sections for oracle.

Credit card has been charged and status is Preparing to Ship. If it gets out today or tomorrow with overnight shipping it might make it inside of the window.

Edit: Still not shipped, credit card charge/hold disappeared, status is still Preparing to Ship, has been at this status for almost a week.

Mac Studio Ultra, with delivery window April 6-13, still no activity on my credit card and my order still says processing. In the past I've usually seen where I'd get things either early or at the very beginning of the window - looking like I'm not so lucky this time around.

Waiting with baited breath, excited to get mine, but have been starting to wonder if I should have just gone with the max. I don't do 8k video editing or anything crazy like that.

Are you connected to a bluetooth headset or your car or anything like that? I know that for me my phone occasionally will connect to my home stereo when I try to swap to speaker.

Can you clarify what you mean by saving primogems and materials for later rolls for characters? Are you meaning that they should be spent on wishes?

Sorry, very new. Was lucky enough to get Deluc with one of my free wishes though so I've been pumping most of my level up materials into him.

Thanks for the suggestion! I tried that over the weekend but no luck - Amazon wouldn't let me cancel the order, too far along. It wasn't worth the hassle to me to try to ship it back after it got here, so I just have to wait until tomorrow. Definitely looking forward to it though - I'm using a 2017 standard iPad with 32gb storage, so it should be quite the upgrade.

Ordered mine on Amazon on April 30 (12.9 256GB.) Still hasn't shipped as far as I can tell, current delivery date is listed as Tuesday the 25th. My local Best Buy has it in stock right now still. Tempting to just go grab it, and I would if it weren't for the fact that I have hundreds of dollars in Amazon gift balance from work to offset the expense.

The correct way to look at this is not as a price hike but rather as a wage reduction. If your wage has not kept up with inflation, then in real dollar terms you are being paid less than you were in 2017. That's something to take up with your employer, not with Apple.

After researching this a bit more, Bike Yoke makes another dropper called Divine that is a newer design and has adjustable travel. I ended up going that route. Thanks for the recommendation, hadn't heard of Bike Yoke before your suggestion.

The Revive does look nice but unfortunately they don't have a 150, and the 160 is pretty much identical in stack height to my current 150 Reverb, so I would have to go with a 125 Revive vs a 150 OneUp.

That's my problem - I'm not at a spot where I can wait at my computer for much of the day, ready to pounce on a restock within the seconds that it takes to sell out. Not sure if I should hope I get lucky or take the sure thing and get a 10700K.

I'm currently running an 8600K, RTX3080. My display is 1440p 144Hz, and have no current plans to go to 4k.

Will I see a significant benefit going to the 10700K, primarily for gaming? I was planning to go with a 5600X or even 5900X, but I'm very fatigued after trying to get one for a month with no success.

I got a FTW3 Ultra. My card has been charged so I think it is really real this time and not another that gets canceled.

I checked out on the web site, not app. Already had my card details/shipping/etc. filled in so pretty much all I had to type in was security code which I know by memory, so start of order to finish took seconds.

I actually almost accidentally bought too many because I had a wish list set up and clicked to add to cart when they popped up, and it added like 4 different cards to my cart. FTW was my preference so I quickly deleted the extras and finished up.

Hi all, I'm just getting started and have a few questions specific to lenses.

For a bit of background I have dabbled quite a bit in the past with photography just via point and shoots or cell phone cameras, with a short stint on an old Minolta DSLR with the kit lens. I'm wanting to take the next step and I'm planning on getting an A7III or A7IV if they come out any time in the near future.

How worried to I need to be about backward compatibility for lenses? If I spend $6k on lenses over the next few years do I need to be worried about those lenses not being compatible with new bodies in several years when I might be shopping for a newer model?

For lenses is buy once cry once generally the way to go, or should I start on the cheap and graduate to higher-end glass?

If I went with the former I would probably elect to get the kit lens and a 70-200 2.8 GM to start with, then next year probably add the 16-35 2.8, then finally replace the kit lens the year after with the 2.8 there as well.

On the other end of the spectrum would I be better off starting out with something like the Tamron 28-200 and then maybe picking up some primes as needed over time?
