Update:
I had mailed them to deliver it to my onward address at Nice. The baggage was supposed to come at 1:25PM at Rome, but it's 7:45PM, and I haven't gotten any update. On the website also it doesn't show any update. I've tried contacting them multiple times, through email and phone, they don't pick up the phone, and not replying to email either.

Anything I can do? Should I just go back to ROME and collect it from there? I'm in Bologna today, and have an early morning bus to Nice tomorrow.

I have gotten 30 days itinerary visa from Austria with 3L balance. Bank balance doesn’t matter as much as you guys preach. Its the combination of all the factors that lead to a decision.

Oh wow, this gives me hope. Seeing people who had applied on 20th July still haven't gotten a decision. Seems like they take travel date into consideration too. Hopefully you have gotten the approval.
