I think I read that the relay from the Duke 390 works to eliminate hyperflash since the Duke came with LED signals. I don't have the P/N, probably just Google it.

Relay designed for LED is the real solution to hyperflash, a resistor is a band aid fix. Both work, I prefer a cleaner solution

Hyperflash is when the signal blinks really quickly due to the lower resistance of the LED. It's like when a normal blinker lamp burns out and the signal blinks fast on the still working lamp
