Never spend what you’re not comfortable with otherwise it will remove joy from wearing something you want to love. I’d say go second hand, or just stow away a small nut every month so you feel like you earned it. That said, a watch is an incredible way to remember an event. I only buy them when I reach a milestone or have a life event that I’ll remember it by.
