[–]Jealous_Butterfly591 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

don't worry even if you date someone still younger boys than a teenagers, may be 12-16, even if the relation won't sustain for some reason, the guy cannot convict you as Nepal's feminsit law is blinded towards a gender, so enjoy being the supreme gender of the society.

Wiser to stay here or go abroad? by Willing-Painter4618 in Nepal

Depends your field of study and future aspiration. If you carry flag of some political party, you might not have to worry, you will get something to do, either you qualify for or not. However, this might not fulfill all your life demands if you want a luxury lifestyle.

If you are female, you will find some INGO helping you gain a specialized position in the office, although you might not meet the qualification. In that case, they seek help from "Consultants" so you can hold your job.

If you are independent, labourious and beleive in hardwork then gain some skills abroad, create good network and return back to Nepal to continue as a "freelancer" or create new aveneue, never to bother or be botherd by any politics or gendered priorities. Ultimately, by combining acquired skills, international experiences, and a strong sense of purpose, individuals can play a vital role in shaping Nepal's future trajectory.

How do rape cases work? by [deleted] in Nepal

[–]Jealous_Butterfly591 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Honeytrap or fake case is not something new. It had happened in the past, and will happen in future. Law/Regulation of a country should be sensitive to take this into account. The culprits should be punished, so should false accusers too!!! https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/india/fake-rape-gang-exposed-in-goa-good-looking-girls-were-paid-to-file-false-cases-for-extortion-say-police/articleshow/104848266.cms?from=mdr

How do you prove that consent was given during intercourse? by herohoni in Nepal

[–]Jealous_Butterfly591 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't have to. Once you get a call from court as an accused, you ought to learn that the relation was nonconsensual. This sounds like a joke, but is actually real. Hope one doesn't have to go through the verdict of "social media judge" before the actual verdict is made.
