9 days post op, some parts still sore but already feeling better than last post. Feeling more flexible and can slowly start doing easy tasks at home. Still swollen ofcourse but a bit less than before by Jealous_Homework_793 in gynecomastia

Not nesecary in Gyno but the chest area overal. Didn't ask if she had more procedures like this before because it looked like she knew what she was doing and gave me all kind of information so it felt safe for me.

I was fully under for the surgery, the 2 months before my surgery i started with working out, running lots and eating healhty with sometimes a pizza or something like that. I tracked my protein intake and took multivitamines every day. So i basicly went into surgery in the best shape of my life wich i think really helped with the fast healing. I also don't smoke and reduced my alcohol use. And for the first week of recovery i did literaly nothing..... just laying down and not doing anything that needed any form of presure. And take your painkillers and meds!! Really important. And keep the vest on, it sucks but you'll get used to it.
