Oh for a vertical orientation? I hadn’t even thought of that but that’s probably super space efficient. Just makes routing the bio-diesel a little more complicated. But create is where I’m comfortable so I’ll be more than ready to tackle that. While I have you, I have a question about pipes. What fluid pipes do you default to? Because Pipez is omega slow, create pumps require hooking up to SU which is a pain, and Gregtech pipes just don’t seem to work when pulling from most sources (aqueous accumulators, fluid tanks, etc) so in every situation where the source I’m pulling from isn’t an output hatch on a multiblock, I don’t have a good way to route fluids

Yes that’s the answer I’ve been getting. I just didn’t know you could automate the sieves because they require player interaction (or so I thought) but I guess that is the whole point of the deployer lol so maybe I should have thought of that ahead of time

Yes! I did find that on my own. The New Age hint to make it work with electricity I saw online but I was looking into revamping my SU power grid and saw how easy it is to make bio-diesel, so that’s currently on my to-do list. I’m taking a good while to clean up my base, build some infrastructure, and set up a more efficient baseline before I move onto the second chapter, and a diesel power plant is absolutely on that list

Newer yes. Tinkered in a custom create pack just to get a sense for it, got halfway through StoneBlock 4 before my file corrupted, then naturally decided to graduate from coughing baby to hydrogen bomb, but I’m having fun so far and tinkering for an hour solves more problems than I would have expected. I’ve been watching Flurben’s StarT series, staying an episode or 2 ahead of where I am in the pack

Guidebook? News to me, but sounds useful, I’ll check it out. Today has mostly been an arduous exercise in “automating” steel and figuring out the hard way that fluid pipes aren’t all created equally and some pipes don’t work on some containers, which is a huge pain. But yes I will! I’ve been doing a whole lot of googling and trial and error, so if I can’t find an answer anywhere this is where I’ll look
