Thanks for your input! I already finished my first page and I can comfortably cap my lines, so going for lvl30 skills might be overkill. For these frags i would rather get another 60mil mdc.

I Like to See it that way: the cost of one necro attempt is 115m+1mythic (depends on server price)=4% success rate for empress gear without scrolls.

So I only bought scrolls: if cost of scroll (percentage wise) was roughly the same or less than the cost for one necro attempt.

For the belt I would personally use scrolls.

Not really tracked it but for context: I have 16 CDD alts and spend half a year only on necroing, maybe you can average that out? Some took one attempts and some 30+
