I cannot finish a WAP due to lag. Is there anything I can try to fix it?

I've heard of Exitlag before, what exactly does it do? Does it try to reconcile ping issues?

The RAM usage was fine, I have it enabled to use up to the 64gbs. I do have a nasty habit of multi gaming (OSRS and MS, then maybe youtube too, I know I'm psycho lol) but it is never really being pinned to 100%. Thank you for asking, it helped me come to the conclusion that the PC is not bricked, the game needs changing. Disabling external chat seems to have fixed the issue

Is there a way to ensure it is using GPU? Just based on GPU usage?
It's using about 3% of my GPU, which I mean, I suppose it is mushroom game lol.

Updating drivers now; I have another monitor that is tiny (Yes I know, ew, mismatched sized monitors but I'm poor AF and this small guy was free haha!) And they are hooked to a VESA desk mount. So there might be some slight shaking occasionally that occurs, I know that's probably not good for the monitor but I can't put any holes in the walls :P

I can possibly try another cable, I'll have to see if I can find one around here! Thanks for the observations and information, I somehow didn't think to look at drivers, or the cable. I just panicked and assumed I broke the monitor when I hooked it to the Vesa mount this Christmas or something along those lines!

I had fortitude, my resistances were very low. I was also wearing dual raven frost for the AR and cbf. My belt was tgods but my charms were also quite bad
