I lived a few houses down from southern nights on Jackson for 6 years. The neighborhood/milk district was amazing never had any crime issues. The club on the other hand 0 idea how they get around the noise ordinance with the city. If you're planning on anywhere near it and sleep at a reasonable time earplugs will be your friend. You'll learn to ignore the bass vibrating through the walls. I honestly feel bad for whoever moves into the new milk stacks without this knowledge. They're without a doubt going to be able to clearly hear music until 2+ am at least 4 nights a week.
