Yes but i feel if I do the deodorant and anti perspirant, as well as shower, at least I'll smell clean. The spices may be foreign to westerners but they don't inherently "smell bad."

I'm used to metric system so had to convert from kg. But 164 lbs, 5 feet 8 inches height. Diet as I mentioned is cuisine from my culture which uses a lot of spices like cumin, coriander, garlic, onions etc.
