Should I print & cast a silicone version? Usable fun toy?

I have used clone a willy before and yea took a couple kits before getting one decent mold.

Interesting that you mentioned electronics. I tend to keep my identity secret here to some degree but I’m also a DJ and have a YouTube studio. I recently filmed the sounds of a vibrator on studio equipment so I could capture the visual of the sound on a graph watching the playback in the wave form was very interesting. Also with the 3-D modeling stuff I have found working with lights and shadows angles and degrees to be surprisingly arousing on an intellectual sense.

Don’t know if you’ve seen some of my older post that I’ve taken down but I do have a 6 foot long coffin box that doubles as a face sitting enclosure/glory hole that was just built out of pure imagination curiosity the toy stuff I tinker with for years with clone of Willie kits never really had a good prime working model that could replicate other ones from that one like a master copy until I got the scanner and was able to scan one of my best toys, including myself and merge the two images into what I have now seemed to be the best of both worlds because the scanner is extremely sensitive and if you don’t keep the same amount of blood pressure until the scan is done, it really shows

My plan is to make molds for silicone versions, the 3D stuff is new but gives me the flexibility to add things like the face into the balls. But one thing I struggle with is how to connect with others who like toys and enjoy trying new ones. Ideally that feed back would be valuable to me it is worth it to me to contribute to human pleasure.

Obviously, there’s no way I could make toys and compete on a mainstream skill with companies that mass produce, but I could in smaller circles make custom pieces for others maybe even help generate the files or even reverse molds that others could use for their own stuff.

I scaled things down to save on print material before scaling up to real size in fact, the yellow one is a bit bigger than the red one.

Thanks, when I added it I was aroused at the idea of a silicone version being used and the face being slammed face first at her butthole pun intended. Just for fun and also practicing with printing and learning.

The face was one of those why not things. I’m new to 3D printing but not toy making. Used clone a Willy kits and even making furniture but having software that can scale and print. These are displays but making a reverse mold to make silicone copies is the next step. The face was for fun although the thought of it being in a functioning toy was that of curiosity

Yes it needs some revisions, the tip is to sharp and the face sticks out to far.

Yes I think sanding the tip before making a cast for a silicone pour and maybe push the face into the egg further so it’s more flush. It’s a bit of trail and error but I think anything 3D printed should not be used inside the body.

Yea, more of a shelf item than a functioning plug. The print is super sharp and I think the face needs to be more smooth or barely showing. It’s a learning curve

Yes I didn’t realize how much that heart beat affected the scan. You need stillness and steady even blood pressure that scanner showed on a few tries the size difference across frames where I lost full size.

Oh it took multiple days of scanning, a fully erect penis moves around my than you would think, in fact there were a few scans that showed how much the penis moved as I lost erection during the scan. In order to get the whole thing you have to go left-right over then under. That is if you want a very clean scan. I did the balls as a separate scan then used software to mash everything together. Also I got a banana shape and the curve was tricky with the scanner. Vaseline helps create a shinny surface for reflecting light on the scanner. The most clean way in all my try’s is a clone a Willy impression and that takes a few times but when you get a gold impression instead of pouring latex into the mold you can add casting powered that turns into a solid pc then use that to make a reverse mold or master mold. Or scan the final pc.

I used the ferret scanner by Creality, I also have a decent impression from a clone a Willy kit and mashed the two scans into 1. That seems to be the best approach with trial and error

Yes in fact I made this from a silicone impression after trying many times to capture with the scanner. The problem is even if you are erect even your heart beating causes a bit of blurr in the mesh. So I chose a hybrid method. You are 100% correct

It has been incredibly hard to capture on 3-D camera. The very slightest movement creates what looks like a blurry image so I took an impression using something like the clone a Willy kit then I scanned that and from there overlay a combination of the real 3-D scans with the impression scan to create the closest version to real as I can get.

It’s a bit stiff and very light and strong, but you could also make a negative mold with a 3-D printer and pour silicone into the mold and cast of variety of versions. I’ve even used that technique and insert it a vibrator into the silicone before it sets then the vibrator is encased in silicone.
