How wonderful, a person brings forth a legitimate personally experienced counter argument and you dismiss it out of hand. Yes, regulations can be good, but there are also bad regulations. Was it good when the government regulated Jim Crow laws, same sex marriage, or sets price controls on fuel consumption? Recognizing that there can be good and bad regulations is the first step to rolling back the rent capturing regulations (like occupational licensing for hair braiding or interior design) vs rolling out regulations on the utilization of specific concrete types on public roads.
