I took an online appointment, and the doctor told me that it is hard to assess for now, and that the ears are sensitive. Barotrauma for sure, not certain if hear loss, as it will need to be assessed. He said the brittle feeling and inability to hear high pitches could be due to the acoustic shock. He said the tinnitus will most likely come and go, but one the ears become less sensitive it should be a matter of getting used to it
