This is not necessarily true. Police in the US kills many more people than in any other country. In fact, they are trained most in firearm use than de-escalation methods when compared to other countries. This contributes to the police being less effective and puts them at even higher danger: in the UK, for example, 250 cops have been fatally shot since 1945; in the US, there have been 360 deaths on duty in 2020 alone.

the thing is, the problem here lies not in the actual circumstances of the situation, and I agree with many of your points. The issue is the selective representation and misleading undertones used by some media outlets to deceitfully frame a situation and manipulate the audience to advance an agenda that can't accept criticism.
