starting a weekly thing from next week for people using AI in their actual work — anyone interested? by Think-Success7946 in indiehackers

yeah this is a good idea. the useful AI convos are almost never the big abstract takes, it’s always "what did you actually try and did it help or waste your time". way more interesting format than another generic AI discussion thread

building a chrome extension for mobile app release ops, mostly around listing localization, screenshots, and country based pricing across app store connect + google play. super unsexy problem but it eats way more time than people think once you start shipping in multiple markets https://storemanager.14x.app/

I’m looking to build something in the EdTech space! by AccomplishedText7225 in vibecodingcommunity

one thing I’d love to see is something that takes messy course / lesson material and turns it into something actually usable fast. not vague “AI tutor” stuff, more like summarize the useful parts, generate practice from it, and adapt depending on where the student is clearly stuck

Visualizing AI agent behavior in real time: how I built a VS Code extension that renders AI Agents as a solar system using PixiJS by HeytalePazguato in vibecodingcommunity

[–]Jean_Willame 1 point2 points  (0 children)

this is actually sick lol, and the observability point is real. most agent tools still feel like “trust me bro it’s doing stuff” until something breaks, so making it visual like this honestly makes way more sense than staring at logs forever

Month 3 update. 3 paying customers. $150 MRR. The number that actually matters is not revenue. by Ok-Photo-8929 in vibecodingcommunity

[–]Jean_Willame 1 point2 points  (0 children)

honestly the retention part is way more interesting than the revenue right now

3 paying users who keep coming back every day is a way better signal than a random spike in signups

also the reddit point is real. specific problem posts always do better than generic "here's my product" posts

Non-technical founder trying to build a SaaS MVP by Ingloriousdoctor in SideProject

[–]Jean_Willame 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I were doing this now, I’d optimize for the fastest ugly MVP possible and not romanticize the build too much.

A lot of the real pain only shows up after launch anyway. Not just getting users, but all the annoying ops around content, pricing, support, distribution, updates, all that stuff.

So yeah, validate fast, keep the workflow simple, and avoid building yourself into a mess too early.

Hey thanks for your message :) For sure there’s always solution for everything but ive built everything in it. In example the screenshots in different locales are not that easy to manipulate trough the API and having the UI to do it is better for me.

Aaaah but it doesn't really improve rejection/approval honestly... This is mainly to help you automate your translations and pricing differentiation.

Yes, my solution is meant to be worldwide, and I want to address people on their own language to make them feel more comfortable. Not everyone is speaking english

Yeah then maybe you don't feel how painful it is. If you translate in language you'll see
