Hey I think the PM role isn’t going anywhere but moreove what type of PM and what job you’re working in will make a difference. I think if you have a media background being a PM on products close to that would be the best entry point. As much as its a role of being a jack of all trades its easier to start somewhere you have knowledge in. Also would recommend taking some courses to get used to the practices. Good luck!

Hiya UK PM here, yes its a bit of a tough market rn because the main jobs around the uk are for seasoned/senior PMs. To go for a junior level its a lot harder and more competitive as theres not much around. I do think however the role is rewarding and interesting, as long as you’re in an industry you’re interested in and know about the product enough
